Order Confirmation Info

SupplyLand strive to provide the best possible service and communication with our customers.  We work to keep you informed through each step of the ordering and delivery process.  SupplyLand provides multiple levels of communication throughout the ordering process:  
  1. Order Confirmation - You will receive an email confirmation once you have completed the checkout process.  This confirmation will confirm that your order has been received and is being processed.  
  2. Shipping Confirmation - A shipping confirmation email will be sent once an order has shipped from our warehouse.  This email will include details on all items included on the order.  Items that have shipped will be reflected in the email.  Details on items requiring an extended ship time from the same order will also be included.
